Whats up Chefs,
I'm trying out different ways to make cannabutter. I seen a video where the guy cooks the butter w/o water, and just adds the weed, cooks for 45 min. Sounds pretty simple. My question is, does anyone know what's the optimal temp. and or conditions for thc to bond to the fat. I'm at 215-220F Tiny bubbles below a simmer i'd say as to not lose too much butter. I also added a T of canola oil to the butter (2 sticks) to keep it from burning. Gotta stir. Later
