ive never cooked wit cannabis and my question is prob an insult to those who do....but uhh, could i boil a 20 dollar nug that is still kinda wet and make a legit tea? is it enough bud? if that even works..

You should use cream or maybe mix some cream into the milk. You need a high fat content to do it properly. For one person though, a 20 sac would probably couchlock you for days :P
