need some help with canna butter

Hi I am pretty new to this, but what is going on is I am making a very large amount of butter. Im making it from trim that cold water hash from. My trim is frozen what I want to now is do I still use water when cooking it and does anyono know where I can buy a press to squeze my butter out. Last time I made 15 lbs. I lost a lot.
