I drink hemp milk regularly, I make it from hemp nuts. I take a couple tablespoons of hemp nuts and put them in a blender with water, and blend for several minutes. The water turns milky white, so it is called Hemp Milk. I add a dash of honey and drink it like that, or add some berries and make a smoothie.

Damn good stuff.

If you don't know what hemp nuts are, they are hulled hemp seeds. The same seeds you've seen before in your bag, only from industrial hemp plants. No, these don't have any psychoactive effect, but it's a very impressive seed for your health.

i've been thinking of different ways i can implement hemp into my diet, and this idea sounds pretty coool. i dig the milk .

You can find packaged hemp nuts in health food stores, I buy it in a bulk bin at a health food coop. You can also find cold-pressed hemp oil that works wonders, too.

They actually sell it at Kroger and a hemp seed granola.

Although the commercial version is made from THC free cannabis plants.

It is really tasty.

i made difrent hemp milk-i bolied the male plant in the 3,5% milk for 30 min.
and then i dranked it-yeeeees i was high

i think i will try it write now.

what else can we do with hemp seeds , coz i dont like munching on them coz they get stuck in my teeth,

i was meaning to open the packet of seeds i got but i didnt know what or how i could of used them.

im going to try and plant some and mix the plant in with salad.

Hemp nuts are hulled seeds, meaning the outside shell is removed. The stuff that is inside is what is called the nut, and when blended with water will turn white.
