Hello,

I want to make a liquid with THC, but what is the best liquid to get the most THC in the liquid?
Could you (if answering) include a recipe or a hyperlink to a recipe? For some sites aren't always good.
Will it smell in my whole house, actually?

There are so many threads on this website right here for you to search through and find what you want. I have never heard of a milk recipe. Also, yes when you cook with marijuana in your home it will smell, this is just from my experience with cooking up some brownies.

you need to cook the weed with something that has fat in it, milk, butter, oil. really you could cook it with anything and just incorporate it with any recipe.

I've made cakes too, but now I wanna do it in my place and I have neighbours up and down of me:P Will the smell be gone in less than an hour?

If you just have some candles or something burning and maybe a towel by the door and a fan circulating the room you should be totally fine. Cooking is really nothing to be worried about, I have an apartment in Chicago and had neighbors above me and cooked a qp's worth of brownies and it was totally cool.
