Alright guys, let's get things rolling finally hehe and yes, pun intended

We will be using this new thread for all official competition posts. I'm going to post the rules from the last comp with some changes. The rules can be discussed up until the 12th of Feb. After that no changes will be made.

the rules of this comp are simple:

you can use seed or clone (clones of known gender are preferred, as males result in disqualification)

you must use a 1oz shotglass, no bigger, no smaller

your glass must be made of glass

your glass must be clear (can be temporarily light proofed, but must be clear for weekly root pix)

you must show pix of the plant (two angles) and the roots (two angles) once a week

you can use any medium to grow in (If we have enough diversity maybe we can have a hydro winner and a dirt winner..)

you can't germinate/cut the clones until Feb 14th (need to take pictures of cutting/germ process)

ALL pictures need to have some form of reputable date stamp (newspaper, cell phone wall paper, etc.)

Does it matter if i i dont flower? If so, i wont be able to do this for a few months...

I'm assuming the winner/s will be picked based a lot on their harvest off of the plant. Both appearance and weight. You can still join in the fun for the vegging though i suppose. No flower room? how about a window sill heh?

Thats possible, it may finish in time i guess. I can flower her around march time earliest...

yeah, I know my strain takes a little longer than most to finish flowering so I'll probably veg for a week then put it in flowering. Seems like my big plant is going to take about 2 extra weeks compared to most peoples plants.. so I am assuming the same for this little girl

also just wondering...you want the proof of date in every picture or just for germing and cloning?

I personally don't care... I trust you guys. I mean it's not like there is anything crazy on the line... just the date for germing/cloning is fine with me..
