Hey, I did a bunch of trimming today, and my Chessie loves to eat the leaves. Well today, I trimmed three large ones and very sticky.... she ate them all plus a few buds.

She was disoriented and has now been passed out for the last three hours....

I'm going to have to restrict her from now on.

Chuck some pollen, have somne fun, and don't think to darn hard. Your gonna make mistakes, we all do... Hell I don't even know what mine are yet.

And untill you grow the progney, you'll never know the merrit of your males. So let it rip and smoke some shit ( many months later)...... Your playing with good genetics, the odds are stacked in your favor

They are looking for someone who is willing to write a newsletter.

You must submit a "sample" of what you think would be appropriate.

Show off your writing skills and make it pertinent and entertaining.

Not so much a submission as an idea, but what about a monthly smoke/grow report?

Something I would love to see and be willing to contribute to.

Newsletter Article.

GROW MORE DOPE PER PLANT. Isn't that what you want? Or how to maximize your yield.
Yeah, Damn straight Skippy. All of us want the best tasting, biggest plant per square inch we can have. I know, It has to taste amazing and in the end, be this wall of Glass aging vessels adorning your room like the Stanley cup. Your reward for all the hard work and ultimately your payback for what you did. So as you sit there, thinking about how you could have just an extra jar, like the last time, or something that tasted good like that ak47 your buddy had last month, remember some really basic essentials.
In today's desire to grow a plant that yields 2 or more ounces, Growers employ a variety of techniques make this happen. Let’s be honest here, Growers have learned to optimize this plant to levels unheard of just 10 years ago. I’m talking about the average Joe with no experience being able to take some time and do some research and grow successfully. Look at what Stinkbud has taught us with his homebrewed Aero systems. God Bless you man. It easier now and become easier every day. WE give the plant what it wants and it in return gives us what we want. You can find articles on how to setup your grow room, control the important factors like soil or hydro nutrient and oxygen supply, Co2, Light, Circulation, and Humidity Control.
But what happens when you make the plants happy by your interactions and the surrounding environment? I know it may come off a little silly, but what about the interaction between you and the plant. Ok, damn it, the plant and you. Frikin English teacher. Why do some people have a green thumb and everything they touch is golden, actually green. Is it what they do, or how they do it? Great Growers treat their Plants with love and genuine care like there children. Above and beyond the basics of what the plant needs. They Play music, Yes music (I like the Pulsating techno type music for my plants). They take pride and care about there plants environment. This means cleaning you area often. Like a hospital only better. Inspecting there plants for anything out of the norm. Detecting small nuances about the plant that tells you when its right or when it’s not getting what it needs. I can tell you times when I have spent hours just grooming over all my plants checking for fungus, mold, bugs, anything that did not look right. Attention to the little details.
Riddleme has a nice noob guide and talks about the process of making it rain when you water in soil. Very informative. By denying the plant water for a few days, you hyper activate the growing cycle and get bigger children (remember the love). But to not give the plant what it wants and still have it grow faster andf bigger without changing the basics too much. Amazing
Have you ever talked to your plants? Have You? I’m guilty. Co2 actually helps the plants, but I doubt it really does much when you are in a room with a few plants, but maybe the vibrations of your voice is the real plus. Who knows? We have to use some of the basic principles that most of us forget about in order to become the best grower we can be… Peace Out. BigDave

Thanks Man. Appreciate the kind words. But maybe I am confused. did anyone ever win that contest. The whole point I was doing this. I know, it was actually fun too.

I would consider doing some articles, who should I hit up?

I don't think the contest never really materialized.not much submissions worth considering at the time I'm guessing. but there was another thread that I can't find that is quite recent and it had to do with finding people to do articles for RIU's homepage. hit up rollitup. I would try hitting up fdd in the meantime just to put it out there. rollitup don't come by much these days and you get a better chance recieving a response from fdd2blk.
