coughing probabally triggered a gag reflex and made you puke. I do that sometimes when i take a choker hit or a nice rip of stale bong smoke...

Cannabis oil is an expectorant. I would take smaller dabs and not down so deeply.

Some strains tickle the lungs more than others, and I suspect it is terpene content. For instance, pinene also lists expectoration as one of its medical properties.

With all honesty is takes time to build an immunity or rebuild one , so to say against the expectorants , some extracts and strains are worse so than others .. I would not take advice on holding it longer with smaller hits .. There is really no need to hold Dab hits for long at all , unless you have some weak goods ..

Now I have side pain while thinking about dabs and coughing my guts up hahahah thanks ..

i threw up this morning after taking a fat dab. But i was also having a really bad hangover as well. It was wierd because my throw up was yellowish from the oil.
