hey is it possible to make oil from a bunch of vaped weed (3+ o's) and if so what would be the best and cheapest method. How much should I expect to get in return and will it be potent? thanks you guys rule

Sounds like you are combusting the bud, not vaping.
After going through the volcano my stuff looks pretty much the same as it went in, just with more of a yellow/brown colour.
We extract a very sedative oil from once vaped material. A good sleep med, but little to no high.
It also makes a good pain relieving topical.
