you should post a picture so we can see what your talking about... hpc..... maybe high pressure critical extraction...co2??? thats my guess..
HPC Pure Wax
Anyone heard of this before? picked up some stuff from my local dispensary called Shishkaberry HPC Pure Wax that is extracted with a special technique that makes it look very impressive. It is 70 dollars a gram which is pretty insane, i get amber glass for 50, but i had to buy a half gram after the guy told me about the process. This is the first time ive ever seen this stuff before and i was wondering if anyone knew anything about it.
When you hold it up into the sun, it looks like little diamonds are shining inside of the wax, its pretty crazy
only like 56.2% though, but it gets me loaded, i smoke alot of wax too, through my titanium nail, and ive smoked higher thc wax before and this stuff is definately up there it gives me a crazy buzz.

Seeing the word "Pure" followed by 56%, makes me very suspicious..... If it's some type of hash, then okay, but if it's a solvent extraction of some type, then 56% is way too low. Got a picture of this stuff?Originally Posted by showtimex420

thats the stuff, its pretty insane, illl work on getting a pic from my phone up here today but the % is misleading, like i said ive smoked a few different concentrates that are high 70s to 80s % wise and this wax gives me a different buzz, im pretty sure the extraction process is highly advanced and from what i heard at the club 0 plant matter gets into the actual wax, its pretty crazy to actually see trichomes in your wax lol, i was just wondering if anyone had experience with this sort of extraction
I'd be very dubious if the wax is only 56% and they are claiming 0% plant matter. In fact, that's down right scary.... If the wax is only 56% THC then it's 44% something else, and if that 44% isn't plant material, what is it that you are putting into your lungs?
I'm sure it is pure. Pure shitty outdoor trimmings blasted into oil. And yes, $70 is way too much. Should be 30-35 max IMO.
Also, I may not be the world's best concentrate maker, but I do know that if it's green, you're doin it rong.

I bought some Sour Kush HPC wax from Harborside. I picked it from all of the hash because of how it looked. I went online to find out more about the process when I found this thread. The only thing I remember is that it does not use any solvent. I liked it, but I also bought some other full melt @ $30/35 that was just as strong. I will upload a photo of what I have left soon.

Yeah, I saw that shit a long time ago. It looks perfect, until I see it's 56% THC and it's 70$! I'll go to the other dispensary I always go to and get 2 grams of wax for 70$ and they will be 70% THC and up!
EDIT: People like you that buy it, encourage harborside to make that stuff and overprice it. Both are at fault. They overprice, you still buy. While I go to other dispensaries with crazy 40$ wax or get wax 20$ a gram when my friend's have some. lol.
