So im trying to make some ice water hash. I had my bud freezing in the freezer for about 4 hours. It was hard when i took it out, then i put it in a bucket with lots of ice and water and ive been stirring it non stop for 20 minutes. The problem is that when i look at the buds in the water there are still trichomes all over them!!! i placed the bucket in the fridge until i get some more ice to add to the mix and im gonna stir it all over again. is it possible its not cold enough? or do i just have to let it soak for a while and then resume the agitation? any ideas? i dont want to waste all this BUD!

I've been stirring and adding new ice forever, and when I strain in the water still looks clear, not brownish. What am I doing wrong?

I hope you're right. I used the strained buds and am now making cookies. 2 birds with 1 stone!
u got that right matt... month n half ago I made some of Subs 5-8 min hand stir with some Nordle... I put 350 grams of fresh bud into the bag..., and got 4 grams of the puriest resin heads. Went to a bush fire last weekend..., so I decided to take it out of curing... n had 15-20 people on there knees....
