    Default Best Strain to help me sleep?

    hi guys my 1st post here. what is the best strain to get me off to sleep

    i have real problems sleeping & its ruining mylife please help me i dont want to take over the counter drugs oppiates etc

    please only respond if you have expierence with your recomended strain


    also would like it to be availble and easy to get in seed

    check out his k.o kush (killa Kush/Herijuana). haven't grown it yet but should definitely be good.
    under breeders choice is also anesthesia (afghani x skunk / herijuana)

    Both are in stock and both should have a better flavor than the herij with about the same sleep effect

    It depends on the person. If I smoke headband, I need a nap 30 minutes later.
    Mexican shwag makes me really tired, but I do not buy murder weed anymore.

    Full melt bubble hash will help me sleep. Many dispensaries sell it as Ear Wax.

    Although monoecious plants are often referred to as "hermaphrodites," true hermaphrodites (which are less common) bear staminate and pistillate structures on individual flowers, whereas monoecious plants bear male and female flowers at different locations on the same plant.

    I've had good results with Afghan Kush from World of seeds in treating insomnia. It is not as good as the Pure Kush I used to have but that was clone-only AFIK, and I don't have it anymore.

    I think uro is steering you in the right direction with Herijuana crosses. I've got some Heri beans planned for the Spring crop.

    i really like the flavour of blue cheese but its not heavey enough to get me off to sleep bit bored of the lemon tasting strains so anything fruity buy not lemons
