anyone know outdoor grow laws

theere has been a couple threads about this if ya took the time to look.
From what has been said in those threads you can grow outside on your property IF its out of sight of the general public AND not accessable to the public.
SO in a green house in your backyard is ok. be aware im not a lawyer and this may be untrue.

It's gonna be best to discreetly check with your city. Heck, it can even vary between county and city. I know some cities in Colorado have outlawed growing outside, but it's ok in that respective county. And vice versa. The statutes might be online. I know they are for my podunk little town.

well i got things set up and i guess the city in Jefferson county has a ordinance and from what
I hear from a cop outdoor crops are not allowed
Even if you have a lock and key and its outdoor
In a green house state law should be above local bs ordinances

That's a bummer. Makes no sense to outlaw growing in the sun and force people to burn electricity.

That's too bad. I don't understand the rationale at all. My little city's council just voted to outlaw outdoor growing a few days ago, so I feel your pain.
