Can u buy seeds in colorado springs?

There is actually a thread that explains that seed sales are legal in colorado now.

now being able to find a dispensary that actually sells seeds may be a different story

yea I have called all the shops that advertise having seeds a couple of weeks ago but nobody was selling them anymore. it will probably be a while before they get the memo

I am a tester/ breeder with 303 seeds and just got enough time to start a profile and actually keep up with it. Anyway we have been trying to get into the springs for a couple months now but we are making progress and hopefully within the month we will be available down by you guys. What shops are you going to? and we will try to get them to carry us, help us out and drop our name 303 seeds! With the new signed letter things should speed up.

great news greenpeak. I don't really go to any dispensary, only times I go is to check out clone collection or for the seed hunt. keep us updated on the progress

I'm interested in 303 also. My messages to them at their website went unanswered. Let me know when and where and I'll buy some, just not driving to Denver for them or paying Attitude $75 for a pack.

Here is a list of places on their site that sell 303 seeds. Not all of them are in Denver. I can also vouch for 303 seeds being badass.

The approval letter by the MMED has had several interpretations, the widest spread and most incorrect being that MMC's are only allowed to sell seeds in their center that they produce themselves.
They are somehow missing the line that says it is allowable to sell to "patients and other licensees". Spread the word to your centers that it is ok to distribute seeds that are OPC/MMC produced by any of their fellow MMC's, and refer them to the letter I posted here that BadAndy has linked to above if they need clarification.
