Can u buy seeds in colorado springs?

if they do, from what I have heard and read, selling them is illegal since they were not made in Colorado

I have a "friend" who used to work there, he said the owner was shady as fuck, and reckless to boot. Hear a story of being told to sell a "p" to someone wo a red card. Needless to say he told the owner to eat shit and quit on the spot. I'd steer clear of maggies farm.

The 70/30 rule certainly applies to seeds, and it will get added in with flower weight. But seeing as 1000 seeds weigh less than an ounce, we're not concerned about the weight at this point.

Yes I spoke with them yesterday actually and the manager there told me they sell medication by TGA but have never put Gear on the shelf. I than told her that it says on TGA's site they are selling seeds...she was purplexed as to why but said due to her understanding of the legalities they were not selling any seeds at this time. She would however keep 303 in mind if they got notification from their legal team that it was ok to sell seeds.

I spoke with several other shops down there yesterday and most had the same problem of not understanding the letter that just went out. They thought they could not carry seeds so I told them I would send our information down, and let them discuss it more with their legal staff. They are really interested but are just a little apprehensive due to legal matters.

That's good that it gets mixed with flower weight. It would really suck if they tried to carve out seeds separately so all MMCs had to produce 70% of the seeds they sold. Talk about a genetic disaster waiting to happen... Shocking as it seems logic really has prevailed.
