Approval of Medical Marijuana Center (MMC) state licenses will depend on the level of compliance with all the new regulations. Department of Revenue MMED auditors and regulators are currently visiting all MMC applicants to monitor compliance. Rob will review all the new rules to make sure business owners understand their responsibilities.
Attorney Robert J. Corry, Jr. is the most experienced medical marijuana attorney in Colorado. Rob also participated in the creation of these new rules as a member of the Department of Revenue's Medical Marijuana Advisory Committee.
