Need a new doctor(plant limit)

i'm needing to get my paper work renewed next month does any one know a doc who will wright a rec. for more plants i want to do edibles.Also I find 3 vegging restricts my gene pool. does anyone have colorado papers that say anything about indoor canopy?to accommodate s.o.g.
