You and everyone else.
Hello Colorado patients. my parents and I are looking to become caregivers for a select group of patients. Our products are all organically grown from legitimately strained seeds, or cloned from mothers of legitimate seeds. If we are named your caregivers, you will receive one ounce free from each plant grown in your name, and subsequent purchases can be made at prices that none of the dispensaries can match. This is because we are more interested in providing legitimate quality meds to those in need, and we are well aware that those with debilitating conditions most often are not in the best financial standing. Veterans and terminal patients will receive a 20% discount, and we deliver free to Colorado Springs area, Pueblo, Canon City, Salida, and any other communities within that area. Also will be offering a line of fine gourmet edibles at reasonable prices made with hash oil to ensure that you receive a consistent dose in every edible purchased. We have only just started growing and expect our first harvest sometime between June and July. Once we have acquired all the patients we can take on, we should be able to provide those patients with consistently available quality products in a wide variety of strains. Feel free to contact me for further info.
I must also add the caveat that all arrangements are subject to remaining within the letter of the law.

you had better start to read HB 1284. becuase if it fully passes you wont be growing for anyone but yourself if they have there way with it.
You cannot grow for your 5 patients out of your house anymore, it has to be in a commercial site zoned for industrial or agricultural.
And then you can only sell/provide meds to those 5 patients, so you better hope they buy a lot or you won't even cover your expenses.
The only way to continue to make any money in this business in Colorado is either to have a Dispensary or run a off site grow opp connected to a dispensary.

I wasn't revised after the Governor signed it. That's just PLAIN stupid thinking there.
Here's a link to the bill that Ritter signed. I'm pulling it off the State site.

It's one thing if you don't know something but another when you try and spread bad information.
