Default New Growth on Clones

I just got two clones from a club - it's the first time I've tried to grow clones before. I put them straight in dirt when I got home. One had lots of roots, the other just a few.

How long until these things show some new growth? They're under the lights for 24 hours.

Any advice on starting clones would be greatly appreciated.
