Default 1st cfl grow, red & blue party cfl bulbs???

Hi, new to this site and found its very informative, anyways been reading for weeks and decided to do the rubbermaid stealth box. Right now i have 2 23watt soft white cfls and 1 40watt full spectrum cfl all on 2 plants. I know plants like blue and red light, and i found blue and red cfls, will they help at all or should i stick to the regular cfls? thanks.

Regular man regular. Lumens man lumens. lol I'm high on my 1st harvest. here is the key to CFL's > More light, less of everything else. Keep your lights CLOSE!!

the full spectrum will help! its just not necessary.
