Okay, so I'm new to growing indoors with CFLs'
I have a 15watt CFL light, produces 580 lumens..
I'm wondering if this small amount will be good for a small plant..
Like, one thats yet to grow out of seedling stage..?
Oh, and how close can I put it to the plant?

i would put more light on it and about 1-2 inches from the plant since cfls put out low heat so it wont burn ur plant

yea what he said^ and also im growing one plant with three 23 watters and its growing nicely but very slowly.
