i have 1 white widow seed for a bag that a friend gave me and i wanted to know should i plant it now or wait until i get a few more seeds? it's a cfl scrog in a 2.0'x 2.5'x3.5' grow box. i have 3 fans 1 inlet one outlet and one to move air in the room (3 CPU fans). i have 15 -23w cfl's on a moveable reflector that the bulbs are attached to all the bulbs are on the top of the room none on the sides. should a white widow cloned to 2 plants get a good harvest in this room?

Personally.... I'd get more seeds. It would break my heart if I spent 7 weeks growing a seed through veg and into flower only to find out it's a male

I had 3 WW that I grew from seed..... and 2 of them turned out to be male. The only thing that kept me from breaking down in tears was the fact that I had 1 female. She is doing very well, so I don't feel the 7 weeks of time, effort and money I spent during that time was a complete bust because hey... at least I got 1 girl (and I'm cloning her ).

yeah that's what i'm worried about getting males. but i read a thread on this that banana's can promote the plant to be a female and i was going to try it. is there a better spectrum by mixing bulbs other then cfl's ( cfl, halogen, flood, ect.) to have a better harvest.. with cfl will i be able to have a good harvest with what i have?

Yeah 15 cfl's should be just fine. My thing that I would tell you to do is try to spread all the light aorund the plant and not just from the top. There is a forumist in the CFL threads that had I believe 18 cfl's and his plant was a fuckin monster. I mean like 20 bud sites and he may have harvested over a QP so yeah you can do it. Harvest for 2 monthes then flower I guarantee if you get the right strain you can achieve the same results
