Setting up my perpetual grow with CFLs

Well hello there everyone who would like to give some help to a newbie.
I am planing my perpetual grow, the idea for which I got from here Get a harvest every 2 weeks
Now... My cabinet has got 2 rooms, one for the mom and one for the flowering clones. I'm planing on getting 8 clones there so I harvest 2 of them every 2 weeks, but I could stick to one plant a week, though. Time will show...
So I could use some advise on what lights to put in mom's room and what in the kid's room for both probabilities - 4 or 8 kids.
Oh.. and another thing.. My choice is to grow Top44, because it suits my wishes. But if you guys think I could get better results with other strain then do some replying lol

I would use CFLs in The mother side and a 400watt hps in the flowering side.

Yep .. same here .. get a nice big cfls for vegging and a HPS for flowering ..

Thanks for the replies, guys, and I appreciate them. But the thing is that here we don't have HPS lights. I was thinking about starting and finishing my first grow with CFLs because I've seen some really good buds on the net, flowered under CFLs. If I am satisfied with the CFLs I'll stick to them, but if not then I'll order a HPS from the net.
So...anyone, who had good results on flowering under CFLs, pls.. give me some advise? (well if someone ever had good results from CFLs really lol)
I know that I should be using those so-called "warm" and "soft" lights, which are under 3000 k, but how many of them for 4 clones, and how many for 8? And should I use some kind of a mix there, maybe with some under 3000 k, and a few over that ?

I have had good results from a complete 250watt cfl grow but rather than 1g per watt you easily attain with hps I would say you get only 0.5g per watt so yield is less.

Thanks allot everyone! You all have been very helpful. I said that there are no HPS lights in my country but I've just found an online grow-shop (Didn't expect to find one lol). So I will be using a 400W HPS for flowering, though. And maybe 3 x 24W 5-6000 K CFLs. That's good?!??
Oh.. and anyone has to say something about Top44?

Tbh idk the strain top44 so couldnt tell you what yield you can expect. All I can say is that with a perpetual grow (2 week cycle)you wont have time for topping lsting etc etc so as I said in my previous post 400watt light should=400g's. To attain that with only 2 plants you would need to do some training which takes time! Increase cycle time to allow for training, then your yield will increase for two plants.
I recommend THC Bomb or Brainstorm for huge yielding, short, easy to grow, high Thc content early flowering plants.
My last 2 THC Bomb grows were as follows.
Grow 1= Seed to harvest in 64 days grown 12/12 from seed
5 plants, all had 1 clone removed at 3 weeks old.
yield 14oz dry and cured in 4weeks.....Unbelievable smoke.
Grow 2= Clone to harvest in 70 days, 12/12 throughout (including clone rooting period) 4 plants yielding 12oz dryed and cured.

They are plants andneed the same light spec no matter the medium... Whether or not that is sufficient for u I don't know. Is it sufficient for me? No, because if I do four plants I make them monsters, If u are in a small closet, it may be okay....
