Im gonna try this cfl business cos not got much space but couple of questions which im hoping someone will answer!!!!!

im in britain and i read seemores book (which is brilliant by the way!) but i cannot find the light splitters to make one lamp into 2???? does anyone know where i can get them, i have heard that they do not make them anymore due to health and safety or something, if this is so has anyone got any ideas cos i dont want to run 6-8 plugs for my lamps this is just excessive!!!!!

E-Bay , local hardware store, I get mine at the dollar store. I think you Brits call it the pound shop lol. I saw a guy selling bulbs on E-Bay and giving the Y-splitters away for free with bulb purchase. Good luck!

but im thinking that the US light fittings are different to the UK?

Well im not sure but i think the bulb fittings are the same its just the plug that goes in the wall is different. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.?

yeah but we do 240v across here u only have 120v if im right.......too much power going thru it??

lmao i live next door to a policeman did wonder if i should just stick one in the back garden lol but i thought it may be a bad idea!!! was havin a look and working some figures think i may just be as well to buy a proper cfl light and shade its cheap enuf and means i dont have to mess about looki for things lol........good man tho good man

oh yeah i did find out tho that in uk you cannot get the y adaptor its to do with health and saftey issues seemingly!!!!! and 240v goin thru a 120v fitting aint a clever idea i was told earlier hahaha seems u guys can get all the stuff for cfl growing pretty cheap u lucky bastards lol
