What is the highest wattage cfl that you have seen at youre local lowes or home depot?

Only 27 watt's maybe a little higher not the 125 watt's or even 50 watts.

i have found that the 26W 6500K cfl;s work very well during vegg ,, as for flower stage i found a 70 W hps at homedepot for $50 and i use a few additional 42W 2700K cfl;s for side lighting .. for tall plants u might want to go bigger but for somthing small these work well ..
