start 12/12 when the plant is about 1/3 the amount of growing height that you have available..... that way you get the biggest plant that your space can handle.

yeah i went to the guys house today and visited my baby, shes sitting under a 28 watt cool daylight cfl, two 23 watt cfls, one warm white, one cool daylight, with white reflective material all around, and there are also about 3-4 more cfls above the plant but im not sure if the light is reaching my plant, and there only 18 watters or lower, so yeah/

i got a pic of the stem, ill post soon, plant looks very green and healthy,

just wondering though, how much wattage do i need to put my baby into flowering?

i was thinkin of just getting like 7 or 8 28 watt cfls? (28 watt is the highest wattage ive seen being sold in my area)

and also, roughly, how much bud would this amount of light produce?
and also, can i flower it using 2700k CFL's? if so how many will i need to get some nice buds?

If you want big buds your gonna have to get some 40+ wattage cfls and maybe some more little ones 1-2 oz BUT MORE LIGHT MORE BUD

yeah there lookin nice and 9 inches is pretty short for 9 weeks but gj short= better and are u eager to get ur buds if not than i say vegg till there at least a foot or how much room do u have left to grow??? cuz from the looks of ur plant the longer u veg the more buds ull get dunno juss my opinion

Looks good nice and bushy. I'd say veg it for a min of two more weeks. But just remember that ur plant is going to triple in size during flower. And get 2-3 43+ watt'er 2700K lights and she'll respond nicely. What nutes are you using to boost your plant during flower?

Keep this post updated if you can. It looks like we are growing under similar conditions, I have about 160W of cfl for my plant. But it is very green and healthy looking like yours is, I am only into 2.5 weeks though so mine is still quite small.

9 inches sounds right for me. I worked out the other day I am going to have to keep my plants max size to 1 foot to allow for light to cover the wholeplant, so when I get to 9 inches I will probably start topping or tying down.

When you start getting some buds (finger crossed) take some pics so I can see what to expect.

if your from the uk Fluorescent grow lamps
