| | 4th week of Veg | | I've got four plants that are four weeks into veg. They're under 6 CFLs. I'm kind of anxious to start flowering. I know I should be patient but I dunno I just want to start seeing some buds growing.
I heard that they're ready to flower when they are a foot tall and one of them is nearing that height (it's already a foot wide with four sets of fan leaves that are at least three and four inches long).
The others are a little more stunted and slower growing because I underwatered them a few weeks back. I'm pretty sure the other ones aren't really ready to flower but what if I started flowering the one that seems pretty ready?
What kind of yield would I get if I started flowering in a week with a plant that is around a foot tall and a foot wide and very very bushy.
This is all assuming it is female. Of course. |

| | Just to clearify I don't just have four sets of fan leaves. I have more around 11 or 12 fully grown sets and the plant is a little under a foot tall. Really wide and bushy. |

| | Harvest size is tough to call . . . sounds like the plant you want to bud up could be ready for such. Hope it's a babe!
As you may know, you're plant(s) size will double or triple while in bud anyway, so depending on your lighting, a foot or so is a reasonable size to go 12/12.

| | I figured it would be hard to tell what the yield would be. Thanks though. I was hoping that would be the answer. It's just hard to figure out what's the right thing to do because people give a lot of conflicting opinions.
For instance someone once told me that four weeks into vegging would be way too early to flower and now I'm finding a lot of people saying this is a typical amount of time to start flowering.
I guess this is an art more than it is a science. |

| | Here's some pics using my stupid camera on my phone. The individual pics of the plants make them look a lot smaller to me but the wide shot of my set up shows them pretty well. the second picture is the one that is the biggest (almost a foot tall and a def. a foot wide) |
