If you have any ph down or have some cash to get some you should be aiming for 6.5-6.8.
Your plant may not be getting enough nutes because the ph is high
Also I imagine a 250w flouro gets pretty hot so you might wanna back it off a couple inches. Or it may be fine where it is. Hold your hand over the plant and feel the warmth on the back of your hand. If it's hot move it up 2in or so

the light is now at 5'' and the air flow is spot on i just hope they start to grow lol
its very disappointing because they just will not grow each morning i look at them and they are just the same small.
Hello
It has now been two days and still no new growth i have a great air flow i have one intake fan one extractor fan and a normal fan blowing on the plants the temps are ok and humidity the light is on 18-6 OFF
i dont over water or under water i dont know what i am doing wrong
Test your run off water and tell me what PH it is.... Daisy2687 even told you above you need to get your PH down. Plants can only use water with a PH between 6-7 6.5 being ideal. If you PH is 7.5 as you stated your plant is locked up, thus not growing and slowly starting to die. Also if you have nutes in your water your PH could be even higher *(I assumed you tested your water before you added nutes, a common mistake)*. Get some PH down, flush your babies with PH'd water and then see if you get any new growth.
the soil looks pretty wet, but everything else look good man. 2 days isnt too long, and the roots might be growing and you just can see them...dont get too anxious yet. give them a couple more days i bet the start growing again.
Yes thanks man i just hope it was the ph that was stopping them if not i dont know what i will do i have wanted to do my own grow for so long and i finally got all the
things i need and it all went wrong
I will be back with and update and pics in a day or two
Thank you all for your help Wish me luck!
