So it seems the lack of lumens they produce being available in only low wattages is insufficient & the color spectrums might also pose a problem.

no 4000k-5000k is good but yh the lumens are not great lol .

these do not produce enough light intensity to do any good...you will also run into problems trying to mount something like this....if you must use flourocents them stick to t5 straight bulbs for your vegging until you can get some hid lighting for flowering....

wait you mean put the plant in the middle of a circular tube flouro then right?
if that's the case you gotta be careful of burning the leaves when they touch the bulb so would be more work than it is worth

Fluros can touch the leaves because they don't really get hot. I was only thinkin' about doing this for the seedling stage of growth.
