Welllll starting the second grow Yeah I know, about time right? lol. This one will turn out pretty good I think. Im gonna start em off with the CFL'S that im starting them with around 1" off the soil. You know how we do ^_-
Im gonna maybe take these to like 3 feet, and hopefully out of the 6 seeds I started I get 3 healthy females to grow.

As the grow gets larger I will add more CFL's. As well as positional and warming etc. I learned my mistakes with my last grow.. I lost my crop almost because I was new and over watered.. plus it was over nut'ted. No problems this time!

The soil is good, contains nutes already so I wont need to even touch it with adding liquid nutes right? Thats pretty much my only question- I was kinda stoked that the soil had perlite in it already. God im lame.

Dont worry ill make it pretty when I get my next check. Like add some chains instead of the shoelaces. Also get rid of the duct tape. But otherwise it looks like a clean start. Leave the walls white or get some reflective stuff?

hey man ive used that soil and i would say it has enough nutes for the first 2 weeks. you will want to pick up some bloom nutes from lowes or hd because it might not be enough for flowering.
Did you germ the seeds at all or did you just plant them
white walls will be the best no need to buy stuff you dont really need right? those floro tubes will be good to start them with!!

i dont know if it is a good idea to have them all in one container like that....you might get some males and have to uproot them and what if their root are tangled with your females. it would not be fun..

Underneath the surface I have them seperated by some pieces of thin wood. Okay I will leave the walls white. I need to go buy some more lights this week =p

Yeah as long as they have lots of space them being in one pot shouldn't be a big deal. What wattage/ color spectrum are you current lights? keep it posted

1 Sprouted! Going to buy more lights this week! Hope more sprout! Im going to grow 3 in that tray I think. That way they have room to grow. The lights are some grow cfl's from wal*mart. They are rated at 75 watts output for each and I have 2 right now.
As soon as I get some cash Im going to order these 125 watt mini cfl bulbs. How many should I get? They are true 125 output bulbs, so how many would I need for 3 plants, including the 2 long deals that I have now?
I also have a fish tank in the front room, I heard that fish water is excellent for plants. Should I save the water when I do water changes?
