this is my first time growing any type of plant, i have been reading some guide's about growing and i think i can grow my own weed.. i already have 8 seeds on pots im just waiting for the girls to pot out of the ground. here are some pics of the things im gona use to grow.



this is the light fixture i made. do you think 8 cfl are enough

this is the cabinet im gona use.


i also install 2 pc fans on the back top exhaust bottom intake. just incase i need ventilation.. should i put some light traps on the back so light cant come in through the holes?



this are the dimensions of the cabinet
21W x 15L x 21H.

i was thinking of making another cabinet taller than the one im using. maybe 21W x 15L x 36H that way i can use the old cabinet as the top of the new cabinet.. or should i just grow it in the small cabinet?

nice,nice..This too is my first ever attempt at any kind of plant. I Will get some pics soon..My bro has my camera right now..he went fishing or some shit..my lighting is not all that great right now,but I'm gonna get that fixed soon.. Right now all i have is four 4ft 40 watt floros..

are we keeping this 100% flor? u have more light.. i only have 2 23w 6500k running 24/7 but im gona change it to 18-6

hey adrian did you wire that light setup yourself? It looks awesome. You should go get some y-socket splitters and you can have twice the number of lights. It's pretty nifty.

I gotta chime in here. I just started today, 1 bag seed 1 more germin, 4 26w 6500k CFL's in a rubber tub. Small fan. I'm using the same soil as you, the MG organic. Here's a pic of my set up. I figure that I will use this to start, 21" tall, then I'm thinking of switching the setup, with increased light, into a Large garbage can...Any thoughts on that???

ok if you gona be in with your clones make sure they take the 2 weeks to rejuv... in 2 weeks we should be around the same size as your clones right? but i still think its gona be unfair... lol..
