Default First Grow - CFL - Questions

Hey whats up, i have a few questions for my first grow that i am doing through bag seeds. Right now i have 4 26w CFL - 6500Kelvin - 1600 lumens. And also another flourescent light that ill post details about later. I started the seeds in a pregerminating kit, one of those jiffy box deals and the current stems are like 3 inches or so. Right now i have 3 good stems going. Ill post pics of the set up later on tonight but i was wondering what soil do some of you recommend for when i transplant to bigger pots.

thats a big question,depends if your going organic ,which you should.But look up subcools soil mix.you got some shit to get.

not real sure, is organic better? I know not to use miracle grow and that hyponex is too muddy i have heard. Any suggestions?

I think those lights need to be a lot closer.
