Hey, Im doing my first grow. Its a CFL stealth grow and im stacking two blue rubbermaid containers on top of each other. My question is what should i do to the inside to increase reflectivity? Should i paint it white? or put up emergency blankets or what? Any suggestions.

white paint has the most reflectivity and is one of the least inexpensive of your options

I concur. However, I'm using emergency blankets right now, seem to be working fine.

Ok so i painted the inside white. I thought i put it on pretty thick but whole box lights up, its pretty darn obvious that there is a ton of lights in there. Ill do a solver or white plastic lining if i have to, any suggestions?

where can i find straight white plastic and not clear?

what about painting the outside black in order to not show some the light shinin through.

flat white paint is more reflective than emergency blankets and it dosent reflect heat, or cause hot spots

Check out my grow in my signature. I painted mine white on the inside and black on the outside. It works great. No light comes through at all. Took 4 cans of Krylon Fusion on the outside to make it light proof but it works. By the way I do recommend the Krylon Fusion for plastic. It works great! Good luck with your grow!
