Default problem leaf

not sure what is going on. this leaf is strange. any ideas? i have looked all over in my tiny little one plant space for bugs but don't seem anything. so i am assuming this is a nute problem but this is the only leaf that this happned to. but as the leaves start to yellow and i notice i yank them out so i might have missed this one.
