I'm gonna throw ya this link and tell you to ignore the haters. Mad Russian growing in a box that looks smaller than yours using a 70 watt HPS lamp. ScrOG would work fine in there, but I'm partial to LST myself. Folks like to confuse what they can't do with what you can't do.

A couple of key "tricks":

1. Supercropping. Work the stems by pinching along their length just hard enough to crush the inner hurd of the plant. Given a few days to heal, it will grow back stronger, denser, and able to carry more water/nutrients up and down the plant.

2. LST/ScrOG. Height training will open the lower buds to more light and will increase your harvest immensely.

3. Watering method. You want the plant to go through complete wet/dry cycles. So, to water, first supercrop, then LST, then put the planter into another container big enough for it to fit completely. Fill outter container with water until root/dirt mass is totally submerged, let sit until all bubbles stop rising to the surface, then remove and drain completely. Do not water again until plant is just starting to drop from being dry.

4. Ignore people that can't think outside the box and make something work even though it might be "not worth it". Make it worth it.

Dont try to judge what I do and do not know .... Seriously a micro grow box has to be the most bare bones way to grow ever, yes im sure there is an art to it, but dont front like youre the mad scientist over there.... I didnt even flame you to begin with, i said clever idea, but its not practical, then you called me a bitch... So im done now... are you?

it'll work, but a half ounce every 80 days might be a little too optimistic. if you mount those CFLs a little better, so they are parallel to the top, you can save alot of precious room. You'll probably need a socket on each side of the box instead of the socket splitter. try to get some mylar or white plastic film to line the inside. You will definitely need to vent it with a pc fan or something. it'll turn into a little oven with out ventilation, plus you'll need to replace the air so they get the co2 they need. If you can custom build a pot that would fit that space exactly you can maximize the root space. maybe some kind of square tupperware painted to keep the light out.

You should read the link I gave dude a few posts back. Mad Russian gives full report of harvesting just over a half ounce from a box smaller than this with a 70 watt HPS lamp. He uses SWC hydroponics and his stuff looks really professional.

There is an art and science to micro grows, and they can be very worth while.

You seem to know what ut talkin about i will switch the lights around and hang from the top sideways, i got a pot that will fit good, Why do ppl shit on this micro grow box, AND Obviously i'm growing a fuckin lowrider in it, to some ppl who dont read all the forum b4 rippin shit in youtube, if i can get enough cron from this g box, just from letting it sit on me floof of my room, kknow one noticing, i see this being the greatest stealth way to grow dope.

dude, you guys need to relax. it's a micro grow, it's impractical and it wont yield much, but that being said he can still grow in it. I'm glad i don't have to grow in a space that small but if I had no other choice i might at least try it out. No body who is really serious about growing would use a micro grow. but some people have no the choice. I'm sure if Tpickles had a bigger space to grow in he would use it.

I'm really high right now, you guys should try it out its great.
