if i put like 12, 13 watt cfl lights it will it be ok to get a good plant in flowering to get good buds

That is about 10000 lumens. It will work, but it might be hot.

How many plants? 10000 lumens is good for probably two plants.

those 13w cfl are 60w incandescent they will work but you will need a shit ton of them. You are better off just getting the 26 or 40 watts u need less of them and they have alot more lumens. If im not mistaken the 13w cfl only put out around 800 lumens. the 26w put out over 2000 lumens and u can buy them 2 for $1 at the dollar store.
