I have 2 mango haze from seeds and several mid plants. I am starting veg with 40w cfl tube and 125 LED red n blue. I heard LED stunts the growth n stems, IS THAT TRUE? my soil is 50% tops and 50% mg. I want to add perlite when I transfer, IS THAT A GOOD IDEA? I am goin to upgrade to dual spec 65 cfl in a week or so. My grow box is my closet (3x3 grow box) Its been 6 days and I already have 4 leafs from my mango and my mid plants are just now showing.. Am I on the right track???? What adjustments do I need to make When do I need to add nutes??

Your on the right track for your grow, leds seem to be keeping up to cfls and have been shown to produce some serious buds and drawing less energy per gram grown. Post pics lets see what your growing with.
