hey guys, i'm having trouble keeping my veg/flowering chamber below 82-84 degrees, im running 3 26 watt bulbs, and 2 80mm fans. For some reason i dont think my fans are running at full potential. My father is an electrician, and the problem is i cant ask him any questions cause he will think, what do you need that for ( Italian ) any way to know if my fans are running at full potential? its not too large of a box, if u look at the pics from before its the white cabinet in the closet, its about 12" wide, 24"tall and 24"long, im debating weather or not to install another intake fan.

im having the same prob. im at 83 degrees and 47% humidity. is that normal? i have 3 150 watt cfl bulbs. each light puts out 2700 lumens. i have 5 plants. thats 8,100 lumens. i also have a plant light from home depot. its like a blue colored bulb. size of a flood light. is this useless? im about 30 days in

Well today i was out for most of the day and when I came back I noticed 2 plants were tilting towards the light. They are starting to get bigger day by day. I have decided to install another fan to try and keep the temps down, hopefully this will solve my problem when I'm running 4 23watt cfls in my veg/flower cabinet that sits about 82-86 degrees. Hope everyone had a nicely stoned halloween!

Today the ladies were moved into their new home. The veg/flower chamber is running 1 42/6500k cfl right now due to my temperature problem, which will be solved 2morrow i hope with new fans. Has anyone with a similar setup had these heat issue problems?? i figured the cfls would generate some heat, but 1 42watt cfl or 2 26's get the temps up to about 82-86 degrees. I'm also waiting for my digital temp/moisture from ebay, i'm using my old skool thermometer right now and i don't think its giving me accurate temps, well i guess I'll find out soon.
I'm thinking of going with 2 more fans to help cool these girls off, i'll try one at a time, first another intake, and then if that does not help i will try another intake fan or maybe some passive intake holes.
Anyways today is day 10, Ive been running the lights 24/7 until about day 16-17, temps have been around 80-84 at times, how do they look !!!

Subscribed. Plants look good and healthy to me but i am new to this...I am considering cfls and want to see how everything come out with yours. LMAO. My dad's an electrician also and he was wondering why i needed high wattage cfl...I knew he could get all the lights i need for practically free but i know he wont do it and wants to know what are the for. Just have to do something myself

Cme home today and found 1 plant grew about an inch away from the light, she is burned =(
How bad is this, will she survive??? i feel so bad for her! Please help need some advise! what should i do will she be ok?? im going to get the other fan right now, i have her sittin far away from the light right now =(
