I have a fixture that holds a few lights im going to throw into my little cab box. Its going to hold 4 or so CFLs ( i can have as many as i want tho)
Anyways, I have CFLs (the small ones that the bulb spirals) and CFL flood lights (the big ones like for lighting large rooms). Im wondering which ones would be better for my cab box. |

It's all about light containment man.
For instance if you have a very small grow area... one where the plants leaves are a few inches from the sides of its area and the top a cfl would be good because all the light it shoots in all sorts of directions is contained. If you are growing in a spacious area the extra boost of the reflector will help to contain the light to where your plant is. |
