Default cfl grower looking for cfl grower advice

so i recently built myself a new cabinet. it is 2x2x3 with a 250w cfl on the top with a hood. some of you may have already seen the pic post before being shown off but now im looking for the best way to optimize what ive got goen on there. all advice is welcome thanks in advance.

looking good i like the setup. im growing in a closet with about 290 watts. working really well. good luck with the grow.

argentino i was looking for more then that thank you for the compliments but what grow style are you doing? just straight grow or LST? i need a good route to get the best out of it.

o ok. i lst. shes was started out doors then moved in. heres a pic. dont know if all this helps. i think lst is the wa to go with cfls although. more light penetration and more side node growth. I toped her once as well.

she looks very good im wondering with my 250 cfl how close should my plants be? the bulb gives off 14200 lumens and being a 250w gets pretty damn warm
