get the cfls as close as you can, check for heat by placing your hand inbetween and see if it is too hot

Not much has happened cept they have finished their first week of growth. I was able to get the lights much closer and have been letting a fan blow on them (to strenghen the stems) for about 2-3 hours a day. I just ran out of my stash, so I can't wait till it is ready... I don't have money to buy anymore, and don't know anyone close by that would smoke me out. Oh well... I will try to get a camera this weekend to get some pictures up on here.

New video is up at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=imhCQDQ1uQY. I have transplanted one of the plants into a bigger pot, and have also weeded out some of the weaker slower growing ones. As of right now, till I get the camera tomorrow, there are seed leaves, first set, and second set, with the third set in progress. Monday they should have the third, and possibly the 4 set. Lights are still on 12/12 ( actually 10/14). More to come soon.

Update... today I got up and found that one of my plants looks like it is folding up. I just watered today, been about 2-3 days since last water. I think that it might be getting a little warm on it or it may be in some sort of shock, it is the only one that is doing it. I got some new pictures and am putting them up her today.

Well i thought that people would like to follow my grow... but alas, I guess that all the pearls of wisdom for a grow that was almost completely free have ran out.

Well Ladies and Gentlemen,

Time has come once again to show you the newest pics of my little ones. Hope that you enjoy.

Here is what has happened since last time I updated this journal. I have added two more lights. Even though they are soft white. I have also noticed that the sickly looking plant in the back has started to grow better, and I think I have figured out exactly what happened to it. I believe that the tap root must have been damaged in transplanting... should be fine now. Well tell me what you thing.
