Default how much light is needed for flowering?

i have a 6 foot plant dats been flowering for 2 months and its just got the white hairs... i have 4 42 watt 2800k soft white spread around it . its been my first grow and ive had dis plant for atleast 6-7 months already. im growing very impatient and am thinkn of just starting over with more light or something. its a bag seed and im using cfl

the more bulbs, the marry. just keep the bulbs as close as possible to the plant without touching it and surround the plant to cover as much area as possible and youre set
