I have been looking at 250W Plug And Grow Vegging Lamp HERE IS THERE AD Grow plants and vegetables indoors all year round! After its initial launch at the 2006 Glee Exhibition in Birmingham's NEC, Plug And Grow has been going from strength to strength. Plug And Grow is becoming a well recognized name in the gardening world and has been featured in the popular magazines Grow Your Own, and Amateur Gardening. Lamp Hanger: with 4m cord for use with CFLs where a reflector is not required. Combined Thermometer and Hygrometer: with min-max functionality. You can buy large cfls lots of places, that's all those are. IMO smaller cfls are a better buy, they are easy to position, and another thing - People don't realize light lose lumens over time so after a few grows you should replace your growing cfls. But they are not burnt out so what do you do with them? If you have 23 and even 42 watt, you can fine places to use them around the house but if they are over 100w where are you going to use that? The best way to use flouros IMO is with t5s overhead and smaller cfls on the sides.
