im starting a new grow. very low budget. veg room is taken care of. i have no idea how many cfls / lumens im gonna need to flower my plants. the room is 4 foot tall 4 foot long and 2 feet wide. as many plants as i can fit in it. can anyone help me out. ive seen pics of people flowering under like 3 26 watts and then ive seen charts for lumens per square foot and it just doesnt add up. a little confused. thanks guy for all the help. happy smoking happy growing tuneinturnondropout

my first grow was pretty sucessful running 388w of CFL and my current is going even better with just under 700w. I'de def suggest adding more than 3 lights... My current set-up is a 3.5 wide x 2.5 deep x 3.5' tall and I have 21 23w and 3 65w and still want more.

yogas tanker how much is your powerbill each month bro. im probly gonna need somewhere like 400 watts like your first grow. i feel that will even make the bill significantly jump. can you give me some advice
