Hi everyone this is my first grow so any help along the way would be great. So i ordered these seeds from amsterdamseeds.com. i went with and indica strain because im limited to space. I had these hopefully 4 girls growing in fox farm ocean forest medium under two 2ft. floresents for about two and a half weeks i just now replaced those light with 6 23watt 2700k cfl's. I know there mostly for flowering but i have 4 40 watt 5000k on there way so the 23watts are temparary.Also running on 18/6 light cycle. i plan on transplanting them when my new bulbs come in.
so leave some feedback if you have any comments suggestions or ideas to better my grow my ears are open like i said it's my first grow so i want to make it a good one.

Looking good so far, I cant seem to find mylar anywhere =/

looking good so far man. but you definately need more 6700k CFL's 5000 is good but you still get some wasted light in there. just go to a hardware store and pick up a bunch of 6700k bulbs. they are cheap if you go to ROna, home depot, home hardwares, lowes, walmart even. just to much red right now man. its good to have some red but not all. Is you fan oscilating? I love how small your set up in and how hidden it is. Check out my grow in my SIgnature. im about a week out of flowering

thanks for the replies i picked my mylar of the internet got it on htgsupply.com its cheap. and for the cfl's i got you ima have to wait till i get another check. you think i should take a few of them out insted of having six in there until i get my 40watss or just leave em?

hey guys i have done a little changes i am still waiting for my 40watt 5000k cfl's to come in they should be here in like a day or two. So for the mean time i replaced some bulbs im now running 4 26watt 6500k cfl's and 3 23watt 2700k cfl's i replaces my mini fan with a oscilating fan my plants seem to like it. here are some pics tell me what you think.

. looks like its stretching a bit. you might wanna drop the lights a bit closer

so guess what i got my 40watts cfl today and 3 out of 4 were broken gay gay gay..... so there sending me 3 new ones but when i get them i was wondering what i should do bout those lights its gonna get hot in there any ideas on reducing the heat and keeping it on a low budget?

get an intake and an outtake fan! i went and bought a 2 dollar extension cord and a 25dollar bathroom fan i think its 50cfm. thats canadian dollars, way cheaper in the states. i cut off the end of hte extention cord and wired it to my fan and its PERFECT 26-27 degrees all day in there now

my only issue is that it might be too loud for my closet grow i want to keep the noise level down. how loud is it?

if you get 1 CPU fans, it will be close to silent!. i have 1 CPU fan, and its very quiet, i dont even here it at all. however the Bathroom fan i have makes some noise.
