Default soil
If all one could get was miracle gro with time released ferts in it would this work? at least at the begining? if not what about dirty compost? could it be sterilized?

That isn't all one can get. If you can get miracle grow you can also get normal organic top soil, like Scott's or even just normal top soil....And then use MG ferts to fertilize (the time release in soil is fcked up)

So Any type of miracle grow ferts will work ok? Was gonna go with foxfarm but shits pricey

What is a soilless soil mix and how would i make one? Is it more expensive?

ummm not to sure but its a soil mix that contains no nute or plant food that way its easier to control

its vermeculite perlite and peat moss

Are there any ferts to get at wal mart that would work fine or will all their stuff just kill it?
