I would use anywhere from 150w and above, ( true wattage not eqv. ) make sure the bulbs have a good amount of lumens too.

much depends on the plant size, large plants are a bit difficult to cover with cfl's cheaply
but for SOG or LST, you can get by with less, but you get smaller yields per plant

probably as much as you want to spend money on.. but it would end up being cheaper to use hps
you can grow with 1 but u will not get much add 2 get alittle more......

I agree 150 per plant is good. Keep in mind you want a mix of 6500 and 2700k throughout but shifting from veg to flower.
