Do you guys think its possible to flower a 9' x 4' area using cfls? Cost aside.

yeah you can light it but fuck your gonna need alot lol well actually it depends on how many plants your trying to do plus how far apart and so forth and so on. as long as the room has no light leakd you can grow one plant right in the middle of it with as lil as 1 bulb or as many as you can hang around it.

the area is going to be completely filled. 4 DWC units running side by side, 6 plants in each unit

get some t4 or t5 High out put hang the over the plants and use CLFS about 7 100watts for sidelighting and that should do it for about 3 plants

lol, he's growing 24plants at a time, so how many globes is that ? 50 100w CFLs + t5's ????

Yeah, might as well just go with hps lighting and some cfls for up close bud lighting.
