I'm growing three plants under cfl's, I've been in the 12/12 cycle for 4 weeks under one 125 watt and two 23 watt 2700k bulbs.
only one plant is flowering. I'm thinking about just pulling the other two out and sticking them in a window or something so I can focus all of my light on the one that's flowering. I was wondering if it's a good idea, a friend told me that if they're not showing their sex yet it's because they're male and I'd hate to waste all that light.
any input would be great. thanks

Don't do that. Some just take longer than others. What strain?

indica dominant, remove the aluminum foil get yourself an emergency blanket from the camping section at wal-mart, leave the plants there till they show there sex, even if they are male you are good for a few weeks till the pollen sacs will rippen and open up, hell i have caterated males that showed sac and smoked the nugs that it produced

should I add more lights?

NOOO!!! Don't do that. It's simple man, get more bulbs!!?? Make sure you have a ratio of every 4 2500k or 2300k (flowering lights) you'll want to use 1 6500k (daylight spectrum) for every 4 soft white bulbs you use.

Remember people.. even with CFL lights. You still want to use a Dual Spectrum setup.
Like I just explained in this reply. You don't have to, but it helps out yeild.
