Well, it depends..if your flowering, sure a few 6500k lights wont hurt, I've heard it can be beneficial. If your vegging then you should be using the 6500k bulbs.
a mixed spectrum is best but typically 2700k is used durring flowering

How did you plug those lights into the sockets like that? Did the bulbs come with an electric plug in or did you have to buy some sort of converter for them?

Home depot has those in the hardware department.

$2.30 a pop or something like that.
